So my dad got the game pass and we are in a family in Microsoft so me and my brothers have acsess to game pass so i installed Halo MCC and tried to play it but each section said i need a DLC and it asked if i wanted to get it so i clicked yes and it said error and it said it was on your side and i have tryed many things to fix it and dont know what to do anymore????

I went ahead and completely uninstalled the xbox app and reset the store, restarted the computer. At one point when I was trying to fix it, i did but i couldn't repeat the process. I went into the custom game files and accepted to uninstall Reach and it unlocked the other games, I figured it was fixed, reinstalled reach and then it locked again I hope this works! I really have been dying to play! Then click Ready to install to open a list of apps. Click the Install button for the game app that you need to install Hope this helps Sincerely, Louie.
