Browser says downloading proxy script

Thanks a lot Vonnie! I assume the downloading of proxy script is necessary when connecting to a public WIFI hot-spot such as at Starbucks? Thanks for the article as I was having a limited internet connection and unchecking the Automatically detect settings box fixed my issues. I do believe the issues were probably caused by a recent windows update as reported on some tech sites within the last few days, maybe a week, of my posting.

For instance i wasnt able to connect to wikihow. Some other tabs I had open that i was not able to connect to now connect properly.
